# Steps:
01 - Add half-and-half or whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and chocolate sandwich cookies to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - In a large glass or measuring cup, stir together cold brew coffee, chocolate syrup, and simple syrup until well combined.
03 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the cold brew mixture equally into each glass.
04 - Gently pour the blended cookies-and-cream milk over the coffee in each glass. Stir softly to achieve a marbled appearance.
