01 -
  • Effortlessly easy: With just a blender, a bowl, and popsicle molds, these treats come together in only 15 minutes of active prep time.
  • Festive and beautiful: The deep pink hue and optional edible flower or strawberry slice garnish make each popsicle a showstopper.
  • Crowd-pleasing: Easily made alcohol-free with sparkling grape juice, so everyone at the party can enjoy them.
  • Naturally gluten-free and vegetarian: A guilt-free indulgence that fits a variety of dietary needs.
  • Perfect for brunches and parties: Serve them in wine glasses for extra flair and instant conversation starters.
02 -
  • Preserve the bubbles: Always stir the sparkling wine in gently by hand — never blend it — to keep the effervescence intact.
  • Leave room to expand: Fill molds only to about 90% capacity so the mixture has space to expand as it freezes without overflowing.
  • Easy release: Run the outside of the mold under warm (not hot) water for a few seconds to release the popsicle cleanly without melting it.
  • Sweeten to taste: Strawberry sweetness varies by season — always taste your blended base before freezing and adjust honey or agave accordingly.
  • Make ahead: These popsicles keep well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks when stored in an airtight bag or container, making them ideal for advance party prep.
  • Allergen note: If using honey, these popsicles are not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Always check labels on store-bought juice and sparkling wine for potential allergens.
